PokerTracker was kind enough to give us 10 slots for their private beta of PokerTracker 4. The 10 slots will be open to members here, just visit the link below and it is first come first serve.You do need to have a PokerTracker 3 registration code to be able to have one of the 10 slots. PokerTracker 4 will be doing a public beta in the upcoming weeks, these slots essentially allow you to check out the new version a little sooner than everybody else.Feedback so far has been extremely good on the program, I'm very optimistic that this will be a big improvement for heads up sng players. Chadders0 has been alpha testing it and contributing to the default heads up HUD and things are going great. at first sight i have to agree with nyul tbh but perhaps thats maybe just because chadders has been hyping it up to the point where i got unrealistic expectations ;D
Looks pretty solid to me, the hud works much better than the old one in PT3. Ty!
I keep telling people this software crushes any previous tracker but there seem to be a lot of people set in there ways and not happy about the learning curve it may take to become fully proficient with this new software. AS far as post game analysis goes PT3 always crushed hem, and this crushes pt3, the filter system is a little different and takes a bit of gettin used to, but the benefits are worth it. Hud design is also officialy the easiest thing in the world with pokertracker 4, you can make your perfect hud in 15 minutes on first attempt imo since the design method is so intuiative and you can for once see you hud as you make it (not to mention there are stats filtered for limped pots - a great addition to prev available stats). There is even a feature that can produce density coloured range graphs given specific filters, so if you have a large sample on reg X and you want to do a bit of post game analysis you can filter for 3bshoves under 20bb and walla you can see a stove like grid with numeriical values as to what % of the range each hand makes up.
