HSR #9: Skaiwalkurrr was unstoppable again, while MOCA CHOCA89 received a huge knockout

This week (6/24/2012 – 6/30/2012) – was great for Rachid Ben "SkaiWalkurrr" Cherif  and very tragic for Ryan "Moca Choca89" O'Donnell who set a new biggest loss record for this report.

To sum it up, 7 players gained in profit, 5 had losses and 2 were break-even. The winners combined for about $120,000, the losers for about -$140,000. The husng high stakers that we track played 470 games on average.

SkaiWalkurrr's impressive upswing continues. He crushed $1,000 hypers again, this time by winning $46,567 after 1038 games. Since our first report he had only one losing week, when he lost 4 buy-ins in 1155 games. That is fifth time out of nine reports that he becomes the absolute biggest winner of the week.

MOCA CHOCA89's worst week ever: -$103,130

This was a week that Ryan "Moca Choca89" O'Donnell will never want to remember. Prior to this week he was in fifth place on the 2012 total profit leaderboard with $208,302. But now, after he lost -$103,130 in only 745 games, he quickly moved down to 17th place. We know that this fall is likely very painful for him not only because of money involved:

In the beginning of 2012 he wrote: „I am currently in the top 10 world wide 2012 SnG leaderboards (sharkscope.com) and although the no1 spot is a long way of, it is something I will be chasing.“

Soon after that he managed to reach top 3 and his goal became very achievable. But variance can be very cruel sometimes…
