Turn bet sizing w turned straight?

Villain has opened ~80% of hands (min raise only), called ~60% OOP, 3b 25% and cbet 100% over small sample.

What do you think about my turn bet sizing after semi-bluffed gutshot hits on turn vs flat vs NAI c/r range on this board texture?

Not sure why I posted

Not sure why I posted this.

Extremely standard hand.

I think psychologically 280 or 290 works better on the turn and leads to getting paid off on the river more where villain feels more committed to the pot.
