Superwet board with midpair+weak flushdraw

We're out of position with Jh-6s, let's assume we call a minraise preflop.

FLop comes: 9s-Js-Qs.

My assumption here is, if we expect villain to be cbetting this flop a lot, we go for a check raise (correct?). What if we don't expect him to be cbetting often here, how do we want to play it?
Note: how does different stack sizes change our decision here?

By the way I know we should be folding J6o pre it's just to see the decision on a similiar situation.
