It's very likely you're running good, that ROI is pretty remarkable given that rake percentage. I personally wouldn't touch hypers at 6.36% rake unless I had a ton of rakeback.

Not 100% sure, but i think Merge network is open to french players. Hyper turbos have slightly different structure than Stars and there is decent traffic from late afternoon til late night.Boss media/IPN might also be an option for you, but they do not have hypers afaik.

With that rake, I think you should be more then happy with 5% ROI.
