a question about rooms

Hi guys! My name i Serge. I am new to this site. I really like it so far, looks that it's the best place to learn HU from pros. I have been playing middle stakes mtts for 2 years at ftp. Right know i am planning to learn HU sng, got really tired of mtts. not sleeping nights fot just doubling your buying became really hard and upsetin' for me =)so the question is. i have  500-600$ starting br for HU sng. Also, was thinking about a new room, where i can clear the first deposit bonus. Would you recomend carbon poker for 6$ turbos? looks they don't have regular speed for this limits. they do have 10$ though, but i don't think it's a good start from 10$.the reason i am not playing at ftp, want to keep my mtt br separate from everything else, know sound wierd, but defenitely works for me. stars doesnt't work too, no rb.so the question is - what is a good room for starting hu sng with my br, thats got enough game, rb etc.any other advice? thank you all in advance.

I would say that Carbon is

I would say that Carbon is very likely to be your best bet.The only room that offers games with similar softness to them and promotions (rb, deposit bonus) is AP/UB.  They've had issues in the past with game security and operating faithfully with their playerbase, so I usually recommend looking for other alternatives.  That said, we've had plenty of UB/AP signups that haven't reported any trouble over the years, so it's at least a site you can consider.  I don't see anything wrong with Carbon though, 35% rakeback, nice deposit bonus, soft games and a growing network. As an aside, I plan to revisit the UB/AP issue sometime this year.  If I find that they are up to the competition as far as game security and trust, it may be a room that we can try to work with to influence changes in the heads up sng structure and promotions to the benefit of the heads up sng community.  I think the next step for this site is to really try to get these sites to offer the best possible games and structures to their players.  Things like 10% rake, unbeatable games and silly structures/missing buyins have no real reason to happen given how easy it is to get feedback from the playerbase.  We're working on doing this with other poker rooms already, so we'll keep an eye on rooms that are open to working directly with players to give them what they want.
