Minraising PreFlop from BU in lower limits?
On Saturday a "pro" just decided to crash some low limit players for his/her ego I assume and he sat on my table. His avarage Stake was 200$ and had about 43.000$ winnings.

He minraised every button during the match 100%. I struggled a bit due to that I couldn't put him on a range. Maybe I also had a lot of respect to him. Postflop he played "standard" with half or three-quarter cebts and so on.

I was impressed of his game and surely he overrolled me with his post flop skilles. However we went very deep in the match and he finally won the game. I was not so frustrated since I think I played very well agianst him.

I am now thinking about the minraise strategie PreFlop a while and maybe its something to suggest for low limit stakes. I tried it out and it went very well so far. The main benefit I see is that that I always play a raised pot in position and can get away very easily with my crap hands. In addition I figured out that many opponents gets annoyed of that style and playing back at me. I know that you will always give the opponents good implied odds for calling a minbet, especially when the blinds are so small. But I have the fealing most 10$/20$ players cant adapt to that really and just playing their normal play. For me it could be good to concentrate to play a lot of my hands from position (much more as I usually do or at least should do) without risking too much and always have the benifit of postion. Could this be good for my future education at HU SNG to play much more hand in position and stay aggressiv from the button?

I would really appreciate if someone could leave me a comment on my thoughts and feel free to comment if my thinking is stupid.

Thx in advance
