There are some fees

There are some fees associated with the account that affect your MGR. For example, when you deposit money the poker site deducts a fee from your MGR. Bonuses sometimes subtract from the MGR (some don't). Using Full Tilt points deducts from the MGR... these are all done by the poker site and are outside of our control.

Your MGR will probably be below $250 after 250 games (especially on a new account, because they will subtract money from the MGR for depositing and also for the first deposit bonus); however, if you are close to $250 MGR we are very reasonable and will work something out with you.

---

In simpler terms, the MGR is the "total profit the site makes" and not actually the total amount of rake you have paid. However, there generally aren't very many fees so it shouldn't be a big worry.
