I'm not sure if this is the correct place to post, but hopefully someone can help me with this issue.

Recently I started playing on iPoker, and when I import my HH to my HEM1, not all the HH gets imported. So far only 81 out of 94 have been correctly imported, and the rest is marked as 'incomplete', with the last few hands missing. Anyone had similar issues and know how to solve it? I emailed support to see if they can manually send me HH, but I doubt they can.
