Only a very small part of his range improved with the 3: K3 Q3 and J3s so either your opponent is FOS or already way ahead of you at the flop.

I think I would even call a river shove.
Even when an A or 9 arrives. Aces are rare as alot 3bS those preflop and most do not lead those at these kind of turns.
A 9 can sound scary & can sound as an opponent using his T as a turn donk but some peeps lead those at this flop, other use x/R and several T are already gone by preflop folding.
