I had no reads on this opponent and according to PokerStove the range that I think he might have (QQ-99, 66-55 and maybe QJs, but I'm not sure, I had a 23% pot odds and a 32% of making my hand.
What do you think?

Looks like a cooler to me. If you knew your opponent was especially passive, you might have been able to use pot control on the flop, or the turn. You were always going to lose a big pot here, however.
Your A10 could be good here, regardless of the flush draw.
