Calling Button Raises (from OOP)

I read the Collin Moshman hu book and i have a question about the information found in chapter Calling Button Raises, pg 157

I have read that, if I call the raises from BU, on flop, (i am first to act) I can do 4 things: check-call, check-fold, check-raise and lead.

But I don't know what to do in situation like this:

[9/26]
##########################################
PokerStars Game 88616250187 / Tournament
Table 637713805 1 -
Blinds : 10/20
##########################################

2 players
[But]+[SB] Misiek94 (760)
[BB] cmarian5 (2240)

cmarian5 J:diamond: 9:club: Initial Pot: 30

Misiek94 raises to 40
cmarian5 calls 20
### FLOP ### 5:diamond: A:heart: 3:club: Pot: 80
cmarian5 bets 60
Misiek94 folds
cmarian5 hide cards
cmarian5 wins 140 from the main pot

I am cmarian5, and I think lead is a good game for a bluff on this  flop. What do you think? How I shoud play in this situations? Villain is loose in BU.

Another exemple:
