Bleeding chips vs a loose-passive opponent

I often find that, in the absence of good cards, I bleed chips to loose passive opponents.  At the stakes I play, many of my LP opponents call almost every preflop raise and won't surrended the flop unless they have absolute air.  So I'm limping a lot more hands, min raising a lot of others.  When I'm not hitting anything and can't bet for value, those limps and calling of their min bets (man do I face a lot of min bets) ends up making big dents in my stack.  Is there a more aggressive approach I can take?

But seriously, do I ever face a lot of min bets.  And it's tough because most of these guys who min raise preflop will call a 3bet - so if I'm not hitting the flop and they're calling my OOP cbets it bleeds my chips even further.  Then when I just flat call their min raise and check the flop, they'll usually min cbet all the way down which gives me odds to chase whatever draw I may find myself with.  But if I don't hit my draws and this goes on for a couple hands, thoose piddly little min bets just took some chunks out of me!

You seem to have the right

You seem to have the right approach against these players. You simply shouldn't be bluffing them and you should really only be betting for value. Cutting down on your cbet % can be included in not bluffing as much.
The limping is smart as well because if you compare the call (of the blind) with a fold you are getting 3:1 while in position. If your opponent is too passive to punish you for limping then it can be very profitable for you.
There isn't much that you can do in terms of aggression unless you have a more specific read. A more specific read would be something like "calls really light for 2 streets but is afraid of big river bets" or "likes to float flops but gives up easily on the turn." Against a player where either of those reads applies, it would be much more profitable for you to be running big bluffs than it would be to play straight forward.

I'm having the same problems

I'm having the same problems at the 22$'s on Stars. They are FULL of limpers, that call raises preflop with any hand and hit their junk 80%. So your cbet is for nothing. If i knew i had to play LIMP / see if you hit then bet poker i would've deposited more in the first place to avoid this donk infested level.
