Looks cool but sadly, HEM is

Looks cool but HEM is always crashing or missing hands on Bodog. I'd be grateful if anyone knows how to get it to work reliably. I use the Bodog Hand Grabber. This HUD seems ideal if I can get it to work.

HEM shouldn't really crash.

HEM shouldn't really crash. Try updating it.http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/HmUpdate.exeAlso, when playing on BODOG, go to -HUD Options -> Tables Preferences -> [x] Tables on TopTell me, if this solution works.

Here are the problems I'm

I was unclear and what I really meant is that HEM is causing Bodog to crash. Here are the problems I'm having (using HEM and BDHG): A. Frequent Bodog crashes from HEM Import (even without using a hand grabber)1. Open Bodog and HEM. Then, click Start Auto Import.2. Go to the SNGs section and click an empty $100+5 table. Bodog should crash. If it doesn't, click another one and then it will definitely crash. It even crashes if you click a table with only one person.:D It also seemed to make Bodog less stable in other ways that I can't easily reproduce. B. BDHG miscategorizes rematches.Play an HUSNG and rematch someone a few times. It will mislabel the stakes. For instance, after rematching someone at $100+5, it shows up as a $1 HUSNG - which I obviously didn't play and doesn't even exist. C. The HUD disappears when a rematch is started. These are my main problems but I've also noticed BDHG it misisng hands or even entire games at times and it makes it hard to trust the results or stats because of it. That's why I stopped using it after trying it for a week or so. BTW: I remember trying your suggestion back when I was experimenting with HEM and it didn't fix any of the problems.

Does HEM work for the Merge

Does HEM work for the Merge Network? And if so, does the HUD work?

HEM and HUD are working. But

HEM and HUD are working. But I have another problem. HEM is storing the 11 + 0.5 turbos as 10 + 0.5 games.Maybe someone knows what to  change to get the right data

Merge works with HEM. Some

Merge works with HEM. Some users report HUD doesn't work, but you can use Table Finder. I have no problems whatsover and tested it fine. However, Merge doesn't really provide any tournament summaries, so you need to edit data manually for tournaments.

Are you saying we have to

Are you saying we have to manually enter the result and buy-in of every HUSNG on Merge? It seems pretty impractical, especially if there's enough action to multitable.

funny, because hem works for

funny, because hem works for me, and the import works perfectly. Only thing tilting is that the Fees are not tracked correctly.Maybe anyone has the same  problem?

Ya when you say manually do

Ya when you say manually do you mean every single time we play a tourny? Or can we somehow define a certain tourny in HEM and set the buy in and fee so we don't have to do it for every single tourny? I know Merge doesn't have tourny summaries but HEM should be able to get all the data it needs from the hand histories... I'm such a nit I wanna make sure it's worth it before I buy HEM.

Well, I haven't really played

Well, I haven't really played all that much on Merge, but few tourneys I played, was displayed wrong buy-in. (11$ i think, when I played lower). One thing to ease the process, you can pretty much change multiple tourneys at once in HEM, using SHIFT, so if you play same buy-in level, there's no problems with displaying graphs. Just when you want to look at graph, select all the tourneys and change them at once, and then select tourneys you won - and change winnings amount. Won't take probably longer than 20 sec's, and you can do it after each session. As for data, that comes from hh's, HEM is able to determine the winner of tourney with no problems. It's just the buy-in/fee thing. And I think winnings are affected as well. Also, HEM has a 15-day trial, so you can pretty much test out everything.

If PT3 starts to work well on

If PT3 starts to work well on Bodog, I'd definitely get it and the HUD too. The latest version (and the beta too) had some problems with hand histories. For instance, it claimed I played a $105 MTT when it was a HUSNG and the HUD didn't always start. Bodog is a nightmare when trying to get hand histories. It must be really difficult since no one can do it perfectly yet. Even PTR no longer works well. It's really frustrating because being able to analyze a large sample of games is a very good way of finding leaks.
