About 10 hands in, villain has been aggressive, but not maniacal. He's a significant winner over 2000 games or so. What range do you put him on?

Missed straight draws, 9x,

Missed straight draws, 9x, or 4x.  Depending on timing/gameflow/etc, I might be able to find a call here.  You only have to be right 30% to break even.
