3.50$ Hyper Turbo nice equity on turn - call, fold or shove?

Hi, my first hyper turbo game. this is the fifth hand of the match and we have no showdownCall flop because I think most players will cbet alot, probably check/fold turn but with 4s I have a lot of outs.   No Limit Holdem Tournament • 2 Players$3.40+$0.10 Hand converted by the official HUSNG.com hand converter SBrussitto35570  BBHero430  Effective Stacks: 22bb Blinds 10/20 Pre-Flop (30, 2 players) Hero is BB russitto35 raises to 40, Hero calls 20    Flop (80, 2 players) Hero checks, russitto35 bets 40, Hero calls 40    Turn (160, 2 players) Hero checks, russitto35 bets 120, ???

Flop call is standard. On

Flop call is standard. On turn you have great equity. You have about 30% against Ax, Kx, TT+. You need 6bb/20bb=30%. So you have good enough direct odds to call and also you have implied odds (there is 12bb left that you can win on river).

My standard line would be to

My standard line would be to jam the turn, however I'm a bit spazzy sometimes and it's probably a big leak.Calling is probably the best option, I assume you would check-fold if you miss the river and hope villain gives up for a cheap showdown?

easy call on turn, probably

easy call on turn, probably even getting direct odds to do so vs Ax/Kx
