I don't think your play was

I don't think your play was too bad.
He would have raised Qx before the river.
He would have raised 7x before the river or check-called the river when the FD hit.
He would have raised any slow played pre monsters (eg. AA, KK) before the river to protect vs FD.
This will almost always be a flush vs a passive fish.

You have a T high flush.
And villain flatted your min raise @ 13BB, then c/c 2 streets and donk jammed river when FD completed.

If villain has demonstrated a competent 3b range, he should be 3b jamming over your min raise @ 13BB with most of the suited combos which now beat you (if you have been min raising a competently wide range preflop). *Note be careful about giving your villain's too much credit for being competent.
So after taking this line, his range is a lot of J high flushes, 9high flushes, 8high flushes and sometimes [7,6] high flushes.
So you're actually ahead of a decent amount of his range.
Funnily this river spot is heavily dependent on his preflop [3b jam] / [flat min raise] range @ 13BB because it conditionally affects the range of hands you're ahead/behind of on the river.

He jams the last 185, laying you 185 / 790 = 23% pot odds.
You need to be ahead 1 time for every ~ 3 times that hes ahead to call.
Given:
- he should be 3b jamming most suited Kx pre
- he can't have Qx because we don't believe he would play it this way
- the only hand that he can have which beats us is Jhigh flush
- he can have 3-5 times as many hands we're ahead of relative to those we're behind
I think you have to call.

But it's really close.
