$15 reg speed; Not so sure on play flopped bottom end straight

$15/$30 No Limit Holdem • 2 Players Hand converted by the official HUSNG.com hand converter BBHero$1475.00  BTNMr_Muck_17$1525.00  Effective Stacks: 49bb Pre-Flop ($45.00, 2 players) Hero is BB Mr_Muck_17 raises to $60.00, Hero calls $30.00   Flop ($120.00, 2 players) Hero checks, Mr_Muck_17 bets $90.00, Hero raises to $240.00, Mr_Muck_17 raises to $840.00, Hero ?? I'm not really sure on how to proceed here. The thin is it happened multiple times that in these spots i'd just put my stack in on the flop an ran into a better straight. First a figured its just a cooler. but aftetr a couple of times i'm really thinking I might be talking myself into making a bad play by rationalizing "its just a cooler" when i loose.Thing is Im just crushed against a range that consist of straight, set and combo draws (20%equity). If i put 2 pair combinations in his range, im still crushed with just 40% equity. Combine that with the fact that villain doesnt jamm (e.g. probably no 2 pair!) but raises it up to t840 it just seems like stacking off in these spots is a bad play. Expert advice please???

Without reads you should see

Without reads you should see enough bad draws and strong top pairs (combined with the hands you talk about) to make getting it in the best option. There are spots where a straight or "big pair" is deceptively weak, but I don't think this is fully one of those spots, you're a little too strong, you have blockers for some draws (straight draws and even a flush draw you have blockers against) and there are plenty of weaker hands that will stick it in readless. If you got 40% equity without any single pairs and with a nittier selection of combo draws, then I think you'll improve closer to 50% equity or more when you add in an unknown range. Also make sure card removal/blockers are being taken into account on your calculation.
