If he's very tight postflop I

If he's very tight postflop I would put him on at least a J or A here.  The only draw that's out there is if he's holding KQ.  Most likely he's not calling you with a 4 unless you have been raising a high btn freq, cbetting a high frequency and not barreling the turn often.  You really can't barrel the river because he's not going to give you credit for an ace and an ace is in his range along with a jack.  If you were going to barrel you probably should've barreled the turn since you picked up some equity with club.  Although the 4 is not the best card to barrel he might give you credit for an ace.  Might force him off a J or a mid pocket pair, but that depends on your image.  If you don't barrel the turn give up on the river.  If he calls the turn and no club hits on the river you are almost always going to be behind.  Your best best overall is to check it down once he calls the cbet based on the reads you gave.

Agree with Elemental570.If he

Agree with Elemental570.If he is tight PF just give up after you CB this flop (would be different if i were a low flop), check turn and hope to hit your flush. What you might adjust is to raise bigger preflop to 90 or 75 because he calls so much, and CB half pot because his so tight postflop.

If you have reads that he

If you have reads that he donks with top pair or check/raises with top pair, it can be a profitable barreling spot to bet turn and river here. Otherwise it's going to be a check behind.
