Tried a go-and-go for the first time after watching Primo's vid. Failed.

This guy was calling 3-bets extremly wide and you can tell by this HH so I thought I'd give it a go.
Am I doing it right?

But seriously, I wasnt just

But seriously, I wasnt just trying to show my bad beats. I really want to know if I played that first hand right or should I have shoved pre-flop?

well if you think he would

well if you think he would fold T8o pre-flop to your shove, then you played it perfect, if you think he would call w/ T8o to a shove, then you should have shoved :)

Go-n-Go means you are on BB,

Go-n-Go means you are on BB, so after 3bet on preflop you will be FIRST to act on a flop and can shove, getting so much fold equity. In your actual hand you was on button, so villain will be first to act. Its a different situation.
I think on preflop you can push, call 30 or 4-bet (as you did), based on your knowledge about villain's min-3bet range. Actually if you 4bet him, you're so much pot commited and your hand is so good, that you must call if he shoves on flop, even if you missed.
I like shove on preflop, because 4bet looks so strong. If you shove, he may call you with some hands he will fold on 4bet, like weaker aces or even KQ.

Yeah that makes sense WBR I

Yeah that makes sense WBR I looked over Primo's g-and-go video and youre right.

I mean playing it this way, I get a big pot in position with a better hand the majority of the time. But What do I do when he jams first on say a [Kh][8h][2s] ? I'm guessing fold.
Do I have to call any jam or do I only call when I hit and shove any flop when it's checked to me?

I would recommend to have a

I would recommend to have a plan before you hit the flop.
If you know what you want to do on those Kh8h2s type boards and see an edge in it (most important) then go ahead and use the go and go.
If you're unsure, you shouldn't use a go and go type play, as being unsure of what to do is more often going to lead to errors and will make the place less profitable.  So, if you're unsure, just shove preflop or make a bigger raise.
