I have no idea what to do. I wanted to bet/ fold turn and check/ fold river. I felt that i can make 5x 3x to fold on the turn.

Other then that you know that he is a loosing player

Other then that you know that he is a loosing player, do you have any actual reads on him? I don't think this is the best card to double barrel on it hasn't improved your range, and without any reads on him you don't know how it will affect his range, like how loose is he pre flop does he even have many 3's or 5's in his range to fold out?I think on such a dry flop with no reads you should usually just be giving up on the turn with this hand.

Don't raise that hand

Don't raise that hand preflop. If you must raise it, then make it to 80. I'd cbet slightly larger on the flop (to 80). If you feel that you can make him to fold 5x, then he would also fold his pp, Khigh, gutshots and floats. Given what you said i would bet this turn, but i'm not 100% sure.

I'd also like not raising

I'd also like not raising this hand preflop better than raising. That way you keep Qx or 8x that you dominate in his range that might fold to a raise + you dont have to play a bloated pot oop with a mediocre hand where you usually have to cbet as a bluf. If villain is somewhat stationy thats not a great option. As played i think double barreling is very good here if you believe villain is the type of player that would definitely raise Ax hands here. You perfectly rep Ax here and there arent many Tx hands in his range on the turn here unless its specifically T5 or T3. So if he has a 3x/5x hand barreling turn and possible jamming river looks like a good option to me. The fact that he check/jammed turn looks to me that he either got lucky and limp/called total trash hands like 24/35/t3/t5 or was limping an Ax hand or TT/33/55 (people do the weirdest sh*t sometimes). If he is capable of limping a wide range of hands including strong hands 25bb deep then raising pre even becomes less appealing to me.

I would minraise the pf and

I would minraise the pf and than cbet more then 50% and then give up on turn. And sometimes I check on flop if the player uses board texture to much.

Preflop and flop seem good, I

Preflop and flop seem good, I might check preflop if I think the fish is tight preflop and I'll be up against a strong range when called. I don't like the 2brl because I expect most fish to play fit/fold in this situation on such a dry flop. He can have more Ax hands than any reg because he'll play very incorrectly preflop, and without a good read I wouldn't trust him to fold enough pairs to make this good. I'd bluff here with higher equity hands, but betting 160 is too big imo and probably something like 110 is better, leaving a sizable river jam if we choose to bet 3 streets.
