React to check raise on dry board

When a decent tight agressive  make a check raise on that kind of flop, I suspect him to bluff (very dry board ). Here I folded, but I know that its not necessary the best play. My question is:  If I think that he is weak , should I call or 4 bet him and why?

Hope to have your comments about that hand.

Thanks

I usually call/call here vs

I usually call/call here.

If he has Jx, gg, but if he's capable of bluffing and behind in the match, I think he shows up with a bluff way too often to ever fold here.  He'll ship a lot of overcard turns, so don't get scared off.
