Raise/4bet shove first hand

BTN/SB: t1500         M = 50
Hero (BB): t1500         M = 50

Pre Flop: (t30) Hero is BB with A Q
BTN/SB raises to t40, Hero raises to t140, BTN/SB raises to t1500 all in, Hero calls t1360 all in

Really basic but I'm not sure how to play these spots any more

I agree, even in higher

I agree, even in higher buyin games, AQ is still a call, albeit not as profitable as the lower stakes.

Usually people tend to question these spots the most when they are running bad or see a few KK/AK hands in a row here.  Don't fret, it's ok to question it, but you're making the right play.

If you really want confirmation, go through PT or HEM and look at every single one of your first blind level large pots, try to filter for when your opponent 4-bet shoves, you'll see some interesting stuff :)
