He shouldn't have a 7 often

He shouldn't have a 7 often at all, so I think this river bluff is fine. You'll get a lot of chop calls, but you should make a player fold enough to make this a good bluff.
 
74o is fairly unlikely in this spot, most players don't call with that hand preflop.

why bluff this river? knobody is gonna fold this spot, there is straight in the board.... 47o shouldn't be in his range but x7o and x7s are in his range, would you fold if u were in villian's situation without a 7?

Imo if villain takes this

Imo if villain takes this line and calls flop and turn bet it´s very likely has 7x or some low Ax. Both never fold river shove. So i would not bet river. Flopped pairs or oesd should have c/r flop.
