HSR weekly report #48: Biggest winners - Dan Colman and jackstak99, Biggest Loser - Richard "chadders0" Chadwick. (+LINKS)

Leon "Fishenzon" Vichman played biggest sample again - 2426 games (last week he played 1834 times; 2 weeks ago - 1,833). All pros grinded 580 games on average.

Richard "chadders0" Chadwick Lost Most: -$12,840

Few weeks ago I asked chadders0 a couple of questions:

Health:

1) More than 6 months after car accident: How your jaw and nose now?
2) How is your health overall?
3) Do you do any sports?

On shooting $1000 limit

1) Saw your graph on Twitter - $100,000 under EV... How are you feeling mentally these days?
2) How many mouses did you change in last 2 months?:D
3) Your EV line shows that you can be winning player in these stakes. What about real-human-experience (i mean, not including stats and graphs) after playing 3500 1k  games in last 2 months?
4) Whats your nearest future plans: do you have enough bullets, to make it happen?
5) From last 5000 games 3000+ was against top regs (Fisfarfar. mrgr33n. harthor,  earl hindman, jossel. piggy, lotte...). Could you tell as full as posible, about your battles with each of them? Also I would like to know recent situation about competition for lobbies: maybe some1 started share them with you?

His answers

I'm back to full health now, grinding full time and going to the gym etc. I have a bit of permanent damage but its barely noticeable I'm told. I will be officialy done with the whole ordeal when I  get new dental implants in January. Given what I've been through I would say my overall health is pretty solid, mostly as a result of the gym, I try to play sports but getting enough people in the same place at the same time proves to be quite the challenge at times.

I think I'm dealing with the bad run relatively well. I went into the whole ordeal assuming I wont be making any money from poker for up to the next 6 months and so far that seems to be the reality.
Although I would say I'm not particularly unhappy with the results there will always be those moments where you think what if I was $100k over ev instead for the sample, in that event I would probably feel like my $1k spot was in the bag. Getting a good reg to share with you is hard enough as it is, but there is no denying it's harder to get them feel the pressure of making no  dollars in ev when they are running good, I learnt this first hand when I god moded primo upon his return to hypers.
At the end of the day I have run about as bad as I could at one of the most pivotal points of my poker career, but that's just poker and if I fixate on that too much I will only harm my future profitability.

No broken mouse or keyboards for the runbad sample so far, that habit seems to be completely gone. There are a few expletives here and there but that's about it.

The experience of playing $1ks so far has been much more enjoyable then what I was doing before. It's nice to log in and half the time you know you will get 4 tables of action for a few hours at least. At times I used to get frustrated with logging in and getting 5 games an hour when action was dry and there were no regs I could feasibly move down.
I always used to say playing fish is a job and playing regs is a game,  this last two months have definitely proven that to be the case for me personally.
I'm learning as I go too, I'm pushing new personal boundaries with the swings involved, which you get more detatched from the more you experience them. This is also the first time I've played such a high slaibre of opponent over such a large sample, so it goes without saying I'm seeing a few things for the first time
(with regards to strategies over large samples).

At the moment I am battling half of the 1k regs, I am yet to play a single game with helio, skai, killuifuplay and I have put lotte on hold after realising it would be more prudent to have some time to grind fish between warring so that I could earn something to sustain playing regs (lotte also smashed me for 50k in less than 300 games which, rightly or wrongly,  factored into my decision to stop playing him for now). I don't plan on starting any more reg wars until I have one of the shares down. It also makes sense for me to prioritise playing people who I have the most games vs so far since those are (in theory) the shares I am closest to
For the battles that are ongoing I have the largest samples vs fisfarfar and mrgreen, this is not for any other reason that these are the regs who have the most overlap in grind time with me. I have moderate samples with harthor, piggy, serkules, jossel and a few 500 regs who I prefer not to share 1ks with but not enough to deduce anything meaningful from the results in my opinion.
Nobody is sharing with me yet, but I expected as much at this stage especially with how bad I am running vs some regs, however I am confident it's just a matter of time as long as I don't run out of money (easier said than done!), for the combined sample of reg warring at 1ks i am winning in chip ev albeit only slightly.
