i really didnt know what to do here , villain seems verry tight OOP he played only 36% of  hands and C/R on flop 22%, my opinion is that he had a set because it is hard to put him on anything else or maybe QJ ,regarding his range oop it's less likely to have 72 73 q7 q3

Probably a fine fold on the river, you're getting a great price but his line looks insanely strong. I usually find that turn C/Rs are much stronger than flop C/Rs.
