EV of flatting small Ax early in hypers

I'm interested in whether it's always better to 3-bet shove Ax 20-25bb deep (in situations where jamming is better than folding). Let's say my opponent minraises 50% of hands and his calling range versus shove is something like 44+, A8+. EV of reshove with A2s 25bb deep against this player is -0,1bb which is 0,9bb better than folding. I know it's very player dependent, but what would your estimated EV of calling be? I guess that the better the player the more I should avoid playing OOP with such a holding. I'd be grateful if someone could provide some real numbers from his database.

Thanks a lot.
