Cog Dissonance at $15 hypers on Pokerstars

Cog Dissonance plays a Pokerstars Supernova player he finds lurking about at the $15 hypers. Cog initially finds his opponent is very aggressive from the Big Blind so he adjusts his strategy accordingly. This video stresses the importance of always adjusting based upon what your opponent is doing.

3bet to fold 95s at this

3bet to fold 95s at this stack depth? must be a leak
don't mind the 3bet in general but once you make to 139 you can't fold if he ships. Pot is 494 (139*2+ additional bet of 216), thus to make a call +EV you need about 30% equity. And even against pretty tight ranges 95s is about 31-36% (depending on perceived range). Interestingly hands like KJo would have identical if not worse equity if you consider his range to be uber tight against such non standard 3bet and i guess you call off with KJo in such spot. Anyway this is rather close.
Besides do you have action plans if you get called in such spots?

3 bet shove is definitely

3 bet shove is definitely better than 3 bet fold. If I do get called I think villain's range is weak broadwayish combinations like j9 j8 t9 q9 qt etc, so I'll bet any flop that doesn't smash that range.

Don't we need ~38% equity

Don't we need ~38% equity (355+216 = 571 -> 571/216 = 0,378) given ~1,92:1 [(355+60)/216] pot odds? At best, we get 35% equity against a tight range so a call would be slightly -EV.
Please correct me if I'm wrong.

Dunno why you just add his

Dunno why you just add his stack size with required call size because it works a bit different.
Once Hero 3bets to 139 he effectively needs to call 216 (355-139) to win (355 (villain's stack) + 139 (bet he already made) + 216 the size of call he makes) . So effectively it makes 216 / 710 = 30.4%. (like in general it's pretty intuitive that the pot if All in will be 710 = villain's stack * 2)
