I would fold the flop to a checkraise there. Wait for a better siutation. Any overcard to your 9 will be very scary, freeze your betting, and allow the aggro Villain to continue betting whether he has a hand or not.Depending on how often he is checkraising, it may even be good to check the flop and wait for a safe turn card.Also depending on the Villain, you may not want to raise this hand preflop.
