Bet flop. Unless he is

Bet flop. Unless he is habitual limper he shouldn't have Aces in his range.

You're able to really easily

You're able to really easily rep the ace here.  Why didn't you cbet? I'm actually not sure on the river...I think if he has a hand it's nearly always the flush or queen, as I imagine he bets the turn with a jack and probably doesn't limp a huge number of aces (unless he's someone who limps 100%?). I think it's probably a fold but I imagine the ev is pretty close either way.

He most certainly has bunch

He most certainly has bunch of Q and J in his limping range, and probably some Kings, also, flush completes on a river so that just makes it much more awful. Its an easy fold after such a passive line on flop.I would actually want to hear answer from some better players to following question: is it ever good (and if yes, why) to check flop after 3betting villain or raising villains limp, assuming villain is unknown and we know very little of his limping (or in case of 3bet, his pfr) tendencies?

Yeah I'd just cbet here, our

Yeah I'd just cbet here, our hand is vulnerable to a lot of board runouts and this is a great flop for us given that he limp/called and shouldn't have top pair often at all. We can't stand a lot of heat if he starts betting and we don't really want him to take free cards if he checks. Speaking generally there aren't a lot of spots where I 3bet and check the flop without good reads on my opponent, my cbet stat is something like 85% in this spot. The spots that come to mind are having no equity bluffs on boards where we don't expect enough folds (i.e. 43s on J97), or hands that are less vulnerable to bad board runouts but can't get 3 streets of value and that can induce bluffs (i.e. KK on A76 or K7s on T74).

Like you both say he shouldn't have many A's i his range

Thanks for the repliesLike you both say he shouldn't have many A's i his range so I'm not too worried about that if he does bet so if hes betting for value here I'm ahead of most of his range and I might also get some value from any bluffs which I would just fold out otherwise.
