calling jam with KTs

Villain and I have a history as of late,he is a $6 reg on carbon poker.I have probably played him about 20 times now. (and he never accepts a rematch,im like 12-8 against him)tonight he decided to sit every open game in the lobby monopolizing all the action,I think this is very uncool so i decided to make some room.for the most part villain is your standard tag,he has pretty transparent 3bet and calling ranges and doesnt usually get too out of line, though he is capable of bluffing scary boards 3 streets. these past few matches tonight however villain has really jammed up the aggression,3 betting every 3rd-4th hand, check raising a ton on both dry and wet flops.anywho...eff stacks are villain 670 hero 2330 Blinds 25/50. villain has been folding to a ton of my shoves recently, wether i open shove or jam over his min raise.Villain had just recently doubled up to 1250 but got knocked back down trying to 3 barrel air on an AKT (8 turn 5 river) flop, and given his recent aggression i called down with my A9sI look down and find KTs OTB,im not keen on jamming as a think he is folding a ton,but im sure he will jam super wide here over a min raise....probably jamming anywhere from 30-40% of hands here.I plan on snap calling if he jams, villain could be jammin slightly tighter or wider here its hard to tell but i figure im anywhere from 40-55% against his range here and i have some of his jamming hands crushed. against his range here,Im not averse to taking some slightly marginal chances when its  FTW and i will either still have a slight chip lead or be even stacked with someone i think i have an edge over.  villain jams i snap call he tables 22 (which im almost certain he folds to an open jam)and precedes to berate my incredibly stupid call.Happily i flop a ten and take down the buy in and doubley so villain is no longer sitting the lobby Im pretty sure a call here is super standard in this spot though some thoughts from those of you that might know better would be most welcomed.

comes down to decision

comes down to decision making.... im no expert... but i did get this advice from a respect player..... when every time u take an action in a hand,,,, u should know the byproduct of the action u take, and the solution to each byproduct...EX; u 3-bet AA, vs aggro villain... in ur mind, its already clear tht, ur snap-calling villains 4-bet jam, since AA is the top of ur range however: when u 3-bet A5s, and get 4-bet jammed on... then u go into tank unsure of what to do, since its in the bottom of ur 3-betting range, and ur uncertain whether or not ur ahead--iffy call/foldabove ex lists a time when ur uncertain of an action tht uve taken....The question here is whether TK is in ur raise/call all-in range....if u have considerable edge, fold... but if u think villain is jamming wide, TK is snap call, since he could be jamming hands like TJ,JQ,9T,,, where u have them dominated AIPF...just my viewpoint...

If you are uncertain what you

If you are uncertain what you will do if your opponent does 4bet you, you probably should not 3bet him unless he takes a very wired action (f.e. you 3bet to 100 with eff stacks: 1500 and he jams all in for additional 1400. but even in this scenario there is not much to think about with A5o). I think the call is all right, against the opponent you described to us. The much more interesting question is: would jameing not be more interesting? If he calls to little you are in a bad shap when he calls you, that's true, but you also get plenty of FE which could be more interesting if he only calls you very tight.

Congrats on being 12-8

Congrats on being 12-8 against him. I think I am 1-4 and really need to study harder. Good luck at the 11's when you move up soon...
