call this 3bet?

No Limit Holdem Tournament • 2 Players Hand converted by the official HUSNG.com hand converter BTNHero1735  BBbroeselkopfe1265  Effective Stacks: 25bb Blinds 25/50 Pre-Flop (75, 2 players) Hero is BTN Hero raises to 100, broeselkopfe raises to 350, Hero folds Final Pot: 450 broeselkopfe wins 450 ( won +100 ) Hero lost -100The villain is 3betting 23% although I am not sure what range he has when doing this. This is bigger than his normal 3bet size but when we have been playing below 20bb he mixes up his 2x and 3x from the button with both good and bad hands I've seen him 3x with K4s and AK, I'm not sure if this should affect a decision to do with his 3bet size. I want to call because my hand plays well, he is 3betting a highish percent and his bet sizing doesn't necessarily mean strength, I want to fold because were quite short his bet sizing is larger than normal and I don't have a read to what this means and usually bigger means stronger.

Its a fold. If it was 250 I

Its a fold. If it was 250 I would definitely call. He may be weak, or strong, you don't know, but sizing is 1/3 of his stack, so looks commiting. You can find better spots to get it in.
