Next time write that this is

Next time write that this is hu super turbo. I would raise preflop here to 100. This is a bad flop for you. Normally i'd check fold here quite often. Here he bets just 48 to 120, so i think you can call and reevaluate the turn.

Yes your pf raise is to small

Yes your pf raise is to small it shoul be 80 or more. If he calls then i would lead about halfpot or less.

Why do both of you think 3bb

Why do both of you think 3bb is too small at 25bb stacks? We lose a lot when we're limp/reraised (either by folding or being forced to stack off) if we make it any bigger and it seems difficult to get weak hands to peel if we make it 4 or 5bb. On this flop we should still have the best hand fairly often and certainly shouldn't be check/folding...I think I'd usually make a small cbet like 40-50 but if I thought checking was best I'd just flat here.

He would call very widely

He would call very widely here. We don't know much about him, so we can't put him on a hand. That would be easier for him to push us off the pot postflop. If you raise more preflop, then you can call his jams over your cbet very often. (with 80 preflop raise, there would be 160 in the pot. You can cbet like 100 and if he jams you would have slightly better than 2:1).

I think it's already a

I think it's already a mistake to call very wide against a 3x with these stack sizes. We don't know much about him so we can't expect him to continue to make that mistake against a huge 4x or 5x raise. It's not any easier for him to bluff us when we raise smaller, we simply have to fold more often postflop because we're not getting laid a good price anymore. Keep in mind that if we raise bigger for the sake of getting proper odds on later streets, we're losing money on the earlier street and ignoring it in our calculation. We don't improve our EV by throwing away money early in the hand for the sake of getting the right price to stack off later in the hand.
