you played it correctly imo

At a 5 dollar Heads up, the average skill of the players is not good enough as to second barrol there.There are some situations, where second barrolling is good at this point. I mean 3beting and cbeting this amount is good and shouold be standard. A thinking opponent knows that. And he probably calls the cbet wih a flush draw, A4, 66 , ... but with the plan of folding the turn by a large bet. Cause than he "knows" that you have an overpair.But at this limit unknown players are never good enough for this level of thinking, so i think your line is pretty clear and good
