AA, enough information to fold on river?

15 $ HU-HYEffective Stacks: 24bb Blinds 10/20 Pre-Flop (30, 2 players) Hero is BB fcslovacko calls 10, Hero raises to 40, fcslovacko calls 20    Flop (80, 2 players) Hero bets 40, fcslovacko calls 40    Turn (160, 2 players) Hero checks, fcslovacko bets 60, Hero calls 60    River (280, 2 players) Hero checks, fcslovacko goes all-in 340, Hero folds    Final Pot: 620 fcslovacko wins 620 ( won +140 ) Hero lost -140 VPIP 62 PFR 39 3-bet 17.4I don't know i put him on 7 or 9 definetly cause I tought he was taking max value from Q with staking off (haven't seen him bluffing air), he is thinking and winning 15$ hyper turbo regular and I raised PF so he puts me on higher range, bet turn small for high card value and river is Q perfect card to get value from ( ofc I had better). ofc he has Q in his range too but I doubt that he stack off with it. Is this enough to make this fold. I made tricky play with AA but did I overplayed it backwards?

I think you should raise

I think you should raise bigger pre but otherwise your line seems fine. You caught some bluffs on the turn from his draws and if you don't think he expects you to fold the river he's probably shutting down his bluffs. He certainly won't shove worse for value here unless he has a queen somehow so I like your line.
