Play on, I'd mostly call here

Play on, I'd mostly call here because I'm not looking to scare him and have him back off his normal aggression, he'll miss the flop most of the time and then you can play your hand pretty aggressively on most boards, overall it's a profitable play, you surely don't want to fold here.  If you 3 bet it though you might get 4 bet and you're going to have a tougher decision to make.

Had you noticed him

Had you noticed him fluctuating his raise size at all throughout the match? In general I find that it is a hand like 7's that doesn't want to play postflop but is too strong to just limp. I would probably fold, If you ship you are probably getting called as he has a little less than 1/6 of his stack in there and you are almost always flipping or dominated. Flatting seems like a bad option too because it will be really hard to play 4's profitably oop when there is already 400 in the pot. I may just be a nit though.

I would probably just fold

I would probably just fold here actually, if you have read that he folds to 3 bet shoves a lot then you can jam

lol at kingcobras post I

lol at kingcobras postI totally aggres with Nomboo that if you think he's folding to a shove sometimes then you have to go ahead and shove. If you suspect he's gonna call your shove with his entire range, then folding is good cause the best thing you can expect here is a coin flip (and this will be the case 90% of the time), and there is no need for you to get involved in such a marginal ev spot when you definetely have a big (skill) advantage over him.Callin is actually the only bad action you can take here.

My first reaction here is

My first reaction here is fold > shove given his different sizing, but I'm not certain.I talked with Skates about the hand a bit, he thinks shove is probably better than a fold.I don't like a call with 22 because villain has been pretty aggressive.  We'll be in a ton of tough and uncertain spots postflop if we flat.

This is an interesting

This is an interesting discussion, the way I see hands like this is that if he's a bluff monkey then you can count on making it hard on him by check shoving most flops, there's also the possibility of getting away from the hand if the board gets real ugly and he's repping it.  I agree that there's some times when you want to make the decisions easy, however if you have an advantage post flop and you should against this guy then it's at least worth considering other options, he'll be C-betting pretty much any flop, you can look to just CR shove here which might be a better line.  So it doesn't have to be a tough spot, you can just play the odds here knowing he'll miss a lot and bet all those misses pretty much and have a simple plan to deal with him and give him a tougher decision than he'd have with the preflop shove.

Fold IMO, flatting a  4x

Fold IMO, flatting a  4x raise with this hand against an oppenent that plays 'Very aggro postflop' is the only thing you can really do wrong here.
