22 thirty blinds deep facing min raise

No real hand history here because it was really simple. Villain raises 90+% from his buttons. I shoved only once before over his min raise at 20 blind stacks, he folded. Now the stacks are 30 blinds and he mins. I see pocket deuces. Is it better to shove (he will likely fold at least 4 out of 5 times), to call (just for set value), or to 3bet to something like 2.5 his raise size? He won't really get out of line if I do flop a set, though. Thanks for any thoughts, Dean

Just so you know, this is

Just so you know, this is still a snap jam even if villain is opening significantly tighter, even say 50-55%. At 90% it's going to be an extremely +ev shove.
