Trying to establish Myself in HYPERHUSNG

So i´ve been playing poker on and off for a couple of years now always with the distant dream of making a living out of it but realizing im not good enough basically just treating it as a hobby. Started getting a bit more serious on the strategy part reading a lot, watching a lot of videos and realizing i have a lot of flaws that i need to work on. Number 1 was handreading which i was terrible at and which im now consistenly getting better at. Playing mainly lowstakes MTTs and sit n gos on 888 i decided to transfer in a bankroll of 180$ a couple of months ago and tryna raise it up through cashgames.

Did fairly well in my standards but cashgames bore me to death so i decided to take a shot the other day at some tourneys and luckily binked one(came 2nd) in a 35$ one for 2800$ which was a huge boost to the bankroll but also my confidence. I´ve won a couple of tourneys before but this was the biggest to date and ive decided to now fully emerge myself in HUSNG.

Mainly hypers now that i have the bankroll even tho i ain´t doing to well at the moment i really want to improve and make a living at this game. ´I bought the premium video pack and watched some videos, I´ve bought PT4 and im beginning my journey at the 5$s which even do i think im making progress im still not doing to well. (Doing much better at the turbos on small sample size, But still think my game will benefit hugely if i stick to hypers for a while.

My question is if anyone done the same journey as me. Where should i start in the vidoe packs? Is there any packs that cover how you should approach the game, Constructing ranges and some specifically for someone new starting? (Not videos where the author is playing and talking but more in depth analysis and stuff about how you should construct ranges and think about hypers in general)

My second question is how should i Use PT4 to analyze my game? I notice there is a leakfinder function but thats only for Cashgames so how do i do my own leakfinder. Like is there a specific way to be studying off tables thats the best and maybe any videos that cover,

I think i been runinng terrible for what its worth but thats really no excuse for 46 percent ITM and a minus 12 percent roi atm(Over only 229 games but still)

I noticed under the stats tab at PT4 that im winning in the Big blind but losing in the small blind. What does that tell me? Must be some huge leak that im not correcting. Can it be that i´m just running really bad?(asking cause ive seen a lot of different takes on sample sizez and which one is correct to draw a conclusion from, Maybe 220 games not enough idk)

Sorry for the bad grammar and what not but would really appreciate any kind of help or answer as it would help my tremendously on this journey. Dont really have anyone in my circle interested in poker so its hard to really learn everything by oneself. Especially if one is going in the wrong direction. But yeah i realise i have huge flaws in my game and want to improveso any tips would be appreciated. Cheers

Switched to turbos

Decided to switch my game to turbos now in the beginning. Im running awful in hypers and im not too good at it right now. But im decent at Turbos where i have a good roi of 24 percent(small sample size. Ill check back when i have a thousand games). If i can sustain even half of that over a good sample ill be very happy. People are terrible at the 20-30 turbos at 888 and i feel i can make a decent profit there and maybe switch to hypers in the future.

Turbos are great as they hide your flaws i feel and mistakes arent as deadly as in Hypers. So im planning on doing a playing 50 percent studying

your turbo vids at 50 percent.  Good idea surely? Any tips will be greatl appreciated. Will come back and post results when i have a decent sample(1000 games?)

Im hugely minus in the all in adjusted equity column. What does this mean, That i should of won those hands and been unlucky? Or? Stupid question maybe but im new to this.

Hi there AK91 Great to hear

Hi there AK91

Great to hear you're taking a stab at the game.

I should advise you that even 1000 games is only a very small sample size. 1000 games will likely tell you whether or not you're a winning player, but even over 5k games your ROI isn't necessarily very accurate.

I'd highly recommend some coaching with PBogz if you have some spare money.

Thanks for the reply and that

Thanks for the reply and that pbogz deal look great. Will surely look it upin the near future. So 5k games still not a good measure then.

Maybe 10k then? I will at least try to get in a 1000 games at the turbos just to get a feel for the games and see where im at then go for that Pbogz deal. Cheers.
