spin & go 25e sb action preflop, once btn folded

Hi everyone,

In the coffeeyay spin & go pack, coffee preconises to shove a lots of hands in SB. Here is some situations where I felt a bit unconfortable avout shoving due to deepeness. Do you think that's a clear shove? Readless should we min raise or open shove?

Side question: I know I shouldn't be playing only push/fold but let's say I'm, will I lose money in the long run if I do? In HU I'll lose money above 8bbs what about here?

Hand 1:

BTN: 360 (18 bb)
Hero (SB): 640 (32 bb)
BB: 500 (25 bb)

Preflop Hero is SB with 6c Ah

BTN folds, Hero raises to 40,

Hand 2:

BTN: 560 (28 bb)
Hero (SB): 480 (24 bb)
BB: 460 (23 bb)

Preflop: Hero is SB with Ac 4d
BTN folds, Hero raises to 40, BB calls 20

Flop: (80) 6s 3s Ad
Hero bets 40, BB folds

and let's say K9o? According to nash it can be a shove and K8o at 18bb?

thanks

Yes, open shoving is better

Yes, open shoving is better than folding but there are going to be better options here.
