I would raise more PRF 2.5BB, then shove the flop,we only have pot size bet left on the flop. I would never chech that flop with QQ, would bet half pot and call his shove.
3b size is fine, though i guess at this stakes you can likely go bigger and still get super wide calls/4bets. As played x/call is standard. X/call>>B/call>>open-shove>>X/r>>X/f
