wierd spot

I was playing with a loosing player.. but tricky one... earlier in the match I got AQ in sb .. I bet he calls.. flop Q85 rainbow... and he bet directly half the pot.. i raise him 3x and he folds and I showed Aq... then at the last hand at 50/100 blinds I got this hand

I thought to myself... he did it again with probably a bad card.. and I was sure that he isnt strong.. maybe a 5 or maybe a T with bad kicker... so I raised him... what do you think? bad/good play? probably a bad one against a bad player

If you think he has air that often in that spot and you're calling the reshove anyways... just shove flop.  You have almost 25% against a pair and by your reads you have tremendous fold equity (the fact that you showed AQ actually helps your bluff here, though I would never suggest showing hands in any spot).

A couple other things:

What blind level and stack sizes were in the AQ hand?

Had he donked out (led OOP on the flop) into you in a raised pot before?
