Have not posted in a while...still in a battle with variance...
i have not been through anything quite this bad in my career so far....
Graph since May 15, 2010

standard for a 10% roi in 50's and 100's??? (was 10% in both, but now like 9 in 50's and 8 in 100's)

The graph is $50-100 regular speeds?
If so, there might be a bit of tilt involved in the downswings, as a near 10% ROI player isn't going to 20+ buyin downswing too often.
It usually helps to really focus on your play during these downswings, stayed mentally prepared, make sure you're playing when you feel good and focused and quit when you start to get frustrated. It might mean a lot more shorter sessions instead of a few longer ones, but it should keep you playing higher edge poker from game to game, something that will get you out of the downswing faster on average than just keeping your normal routine.

Yeah reg speeds.....this is my first 20+ buyin down swing i believe...and i admit that tilt has been kind of an issue through this run, just because it seems never ending and seems to get more disgusting every day...plus throwing in 2 tables during this, when i was never a multi table player previously doesnt help i guess...
