Ok, this seems to not be a shopping cart issue.
It's an error that comes up when users take an action such as posting or ordering. It appears limited to USA and Canadian users at the moment, though given those two locations it would not surprise me if Mexico were also impacted.
We'll update here once it is straightened out, and please post here if you notice anything off, particularly for non USA/Canadian users (haven't had any problem reports from those users).
It's likely just something that needs updating within our site, but we haven't found out yet what that is.

If someone from the USA or Canada can give me an update on this it would be good.I have changed something but need someone to test as I am in sunny Australia and there is no problem here.Try at least twice if you get an error and see if it is ok the second time,
