This video is amazing! Do more of this "Coaches discuss with Coaches" videos!

Unfortunately I think that some of the toughts would just be crushing other regs and cannot be applied to "random fish" at all.

But great video, will have to watch it 2-3 times to really get all our thought process.

Thank you.

If you haven't seen them yet, Skates and I have had some discussions during games ranging from the $10-50 levels in Skates more recent videos.

We'll likely be doing some more of these videos in the near future, since it's a format that many members seem to enjoy.

This match was probably more geared towards playing thinking players.  #1pen seemed pretty solid overall compared to the average competition you'd face at any two digit or low three digit buyin.  There are still many things to apply, mostly towards how to think about situations, but you are pretty much correct that a lot of it is about playing a somewhat stronger (or more competent) opponent.

Yeah I'm also a fan of the duel commentary, because nothing seems to get left out as two people are thinking about the hand so everything gets talked about from different perspectives.

So did you make aload of these? I'm hasn't skates gone into retirment now or something? or is he still going to help make some more?

Skates hasn't been playing and probably won't be, certainly nowhere near the extend that he was.

He started his new job and all.

However, he's going to continue to work on videos, we'll likely do more of these dual commentary ones.

I plan on recording some more matches solo and perhaps having Skates do a leakfinder review on my play vs higher caliber players, since leakfinders and games vs tougher opponents always seem to be given solid feedback.
