In this video, Rypac13 deals with negative variance. He focuses on always making the correct decision, rather than letting negative variance hurt your play. Despite going 0-3 in this video, including a very short match, he describes how to get the most out of your losses and concludes with some insight on the long term goal rather than short sighted near term results.

The situations themselves were mostly unextraordinary, though @3:05 an interesting triple barrel bluff situation was discussed.
The end of the video, starting @28:05 has a nice discussion about variance and a summation of Ryan's recent results.
It is interesting to see Ryan's calm reaction to running bad in three games.
