It likely depends on where you're from.

I don't think non US players have anything to worry about as far as rakeback and cashouts go.

Rakeback is confirmed for

Rakeback is confirmed for Bodog and my rakeback provider is looking into new cashout methods. However, rakeback is only for those who had it from before and no new players can get it.

Correct, no rakeback on

Correct, no rakeback on Bodog.

Carbon pays rakeback daily, 35%.  There are minimal deductions too (unlike FTP or UB for instance).  Our "deal of the month" will have more info if you click on it.
