How to calculate what range we should push?

Or another situiation:

Hero stack: 2300

Opp stack: 700

Blinds: 50/100

Do you know anything about your opponent?

I would open jam wider than NASH SB chart in both situations readless, I think players on average fold a little too much at both 5bb and 7bb stacks, though that's probably a little bit more true when they have a lead (talking $5-50 type levels).
