Mersenneary introduces advanced underbetting/overbetting theory with a 30 minute power point on the basic theory and generalized applications of abnormal betsizings. The focus is on inducing you to creatively identify situations where overbets and underbets are optimal in your games.

I listened to this in about 20 different sections and only found one short segment with some soft sirens in the background. Was there a specific part of the video with buzzing sounds? I couldn't find anything that remotely describes what you're talking about, but if it's brief then I could've easily missed it.
As for the soft sirens, Mers lives in Chicago now, and anybody familiar with my videos should know that it's going to happen once in awhile ;)

pretty constant first 20 mins or so for me, its not much sirens as its like feedback from something
ill try and figure it out if it comes straight off the video or if its perhaps my speakers (doubtable tho)
