Mersenneary Flashback: The Video That Started It All

Mersenneary Historical Poker Review

Mersenneary reviews the super turbo video that sparked it all - his first one for HUSNG.com. He focuses on cringe-inducing errors and bad reasoning in the video. He uses this example to talk about developing yourself as a poker player, through the lens of all the things he was and wasn't two years ago.

Awesome Video!

It would be very interesting seeing other Coaches go through some of their first Videos (esp. Hokie and xSCWx) because everytime i watch a little part of them I think that they have changed and improved a lot, and definitively would react different in many situations now.

@pavels, yes, although I've obv delayed on it for a while...still in my plans. One quick note about the Q5..."he's calling wide" is even more lol because it's impossible for him to call with a range that makes folding better than shoving. As I've said in the past, the only point of Chubukov is to tell nits when their intuitions can't be justified :)

Great vid Mers, can't wait

Great vid Mers, can't wait for your next vid following the mental truths vid :)

Would definitely like to see other coaches who've been around for >1 year reviewing an old vid they made and pointing out flaw's in their thought processes.

Explanations

Nicely done, although i'd still love to hear more "specific" answers towards freq and hand ranges at stack depths(etc) within explanations via hud or not. IMHO i think vidoes still have a ways to go with "full disclosure", considering all know variables in explanations for each line/player type etc.

Without....it becomes very hard to replicate making info somewhat useless.
