Outside poker

This is probably been the biggest improvement area ive made in a given month ever. I have decided to kind of mature and quit most of my childish/useless habbit. Without a doubt the hardest thing ive done for awhile was quitting not only cigarettes but mary j. The issues that have been really dificult is all the numerous triggers dealing with smoking up and playing poker also the infamious wake n bake im a fan of. While I do love to smoke it was fairly a necessity it was completely taking over my life sad thing was it would take priority over 1) career 2) females 3) friends. Heres a quick little run down for you guys that dont know what marijuana does it realeases are quanitties of dopimine when you smoke this is the feeling of greatness (joy) but, the draw  back is whne your not smoking your dopamine levels are a lot normal then someone who has never touched marijuana at all this causes depression, irritabilty and a bunch of other crap. At the moment im only 4 days into quitting marijuana and 2 weeks into quitting cigarettes which has been fine except for the side effects (insomina, no appetite, and irritability) these have forced me to take some time off poker and just focus on fixing these withdrawls. The most beneifical thing ive found is a stronger sense of spirituality through god ive decided to become a big brother to a little child and start volunteering at a restoration ministry. Would appreciate any sort of prayer or anything the task at hand does suck pretty hard.

Poker

Poker this month has been going great ive reached most of my goals within the first couple days of the months thankfully to a wsop package. This has helped me a lot recording nice results early in the month because as stated above ive been trying to improve my life in all areas. I think im around 21k for the month but, the only drawback is im not going to even come close to my volume goals =(.
